House in Koamicho by Suppose Design Office

Minimalism is generally not my thing, but the Japanese have something so deep and truthful about it that I always found work like this one... I guess the answer is simple, they don't look for minimalism they look for simplicity well carried out. One thing that is so interesting in this designed solution is the fact of its openness, and the way it doesn't seen to use any doors in order to gain all the possible light from one room to the next one... it remembers me the book "In Praise of Shadows". I don't know if it's completely open to the street or not even though it looks like that.
